How do I know if I’m registered?

After you have submitted your registration, you will need to wait for a confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours on business days.

Your email will include your NHI number and a link to download the app.

If you have your confirmation email, you’re ready to start testing. Learn how to get the app and save it to your phone here.

I haven’t received a confirmation email

Check your spam/junk folder for this email first. Or try signing into the app without your confirmation email using your NHI number and date of birth. If you are able to log in, you’re now set up and ready to test.

If you can’t sign in, and you have waited 24 hours for your confirmation email, please contact us on salivatotravel@aphg.co.nz with you full name, DOB and NHI and we’ll check to see if you registration has been entered correctly.

  • If you are an employer – you will not receive an email, the individual permitted workers will receive an email.
  • If you have registered and tried logging on, and the App isn’t working please supply us with your Name, DOB and NHI and we can investigate further for you.
