We’ve received your registration

Your details are now being loaded into the Collection Management System

Check your email – if you have registered as an individual, you will receive an email that states your registration is being processed. If you have not received this email within the next 10 minutes there may be an error in your email address.

Please note:

  • You will not be able to log in to the Saliva Testing App until your registration has been loaded into our Collection Management System.
  • Users will receive a confirmation email when they can log into the app. Please allow 24 hours to receive this confirmation.
  • If you have not provided us with a completed registration form we will email you back for more information and this may slow your registration process down.

Getting your saliva test kit

Availability of test kits depends on your workplace

  • Workplaces with over 25 permitted workers can request test kits to be delivered to one location to be available to your staff. To order test kits please email salivatotravel@aphg.co.nz
  • Check with your employer if they have test kits available for your workplace. However you can collect a test kit from any of the available pick-up locations anywhere in New Zealand.
  • Individuals can collect test kits from a pick-up location anywhere in New Zealand – test kits are available outside of Auckland. View current pick up locations here.
